Sensei is uppercut loop dash possible on 90-110 ms?
that depends on ur opponents ping. However i recommend doing it on lower ping if u can

i discovered 99% of the techs without watching a video and i created some of them idk why but people did'nt discover yet if you do 4 m1s then press emote fast it does a fast m1 or 2m1s and other crap you can do with it

It's possible on mobile I do it. You just have to press the moves then back dash quick. The lower your ping the harder it is.

what sens and dpi do you use for the instant twisted, ive been struggling with low dpi
