My best friend owned a house where there was only Street parking. Every day, when she was returning from work, she never knew where she would end up parking. That was such a joy as sometimes she had to walk 2-3 blocks to her place, in the dark.
She had a tree in the grass strip between the sidewalk & the street. The tree died. She called the City government & the tree was removed. At great speed she got a City permit to build a driveway apron & a parking slab next to her house. No more hunting for a parking place.
A few months after the building project was completed she found that one of the College students living near by was parking across in front of her driveway. She knocked at his door & she was told to to f*** off. My friend knew a cop socially. The cop ticketed the car several times. The College scofflaw then had his car towed. Beside having to pay towing fees & storage costs the College kid had to pay for the multiple unpaid tickets. He never parked his car blocking my friends driveway again.

The story with the illegal parking. If he truly wanted to win the pettiness award of the year, he would have rented for a couple weeks his own BMW just to spite the neighbour
Even better would have been carrying on with the court case, and requesting costs associated with the case, like the serving, and the cost of the lawyer. BMW towed, and douchecanoe now having to dig deep into his pockets as well to pay for his lawyer, and for the opposing side legal costs as well, which can be rather high, as after all that research would rack up to quite a few billable hours of work, charged at partner rate, while being done by an intern or legal aide, under supervision, so that cost also gets added on as well.
This neighbour knew your was your parking spot because he have BMW. He first in first server. This neighbour thinks a private parking spot it pubic parking spot because he want to look at parking spot

Man I'm just gonna say it I worked inspection and it was for a plastic inspection place Where the 1st shifters did not have to worry about nothing they could get away with everything and everybody else had to turn around and clean up after their messes I used to hate that job more than I could ever put into words
