Think you accidentally added an extra zero on the price !? Or I have to quote from “Old school “ when Will Farrell took a tranquilizer dart to the jugular…”Your crazy!” Or maybe you forgot to put the pics of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2,000 sq. ft. House in this video? Like your dogs though…💕🐾💕

May I ask who’s doing the pricing assessment? I can’t imagine even starting a negotiation if this is the initial asking price.

I was waiting to see a maybe a river it borders or something for that price . This is just raw land that has been logged .

Yeah, way overpriced!!!! As soon as this ridiculous price boom is over this will be worth way less than half this price. We have been looking for camp property but have decided to hold off and pick up a nice property for a fraction of the current prices.

is this area particularly desirable? I am surprised at the asking price for essentially raw land that has been recently logged on a fair slope, which would add development cost. What gives this property such value?

@@travelfeet of course every seller wants the most they can get. I sure am struggling to see anything about this property that even comes close to justifying the price. I hope buyers can take a cold shower and avoid overpaying. The crazy prices are absolutely not sustainable. Seems every video this agency puts out is more and more overpriced. Rural undeveloped land is only worth so much…

This is the most ridiculous listing yet I’ve seen. I’ve been watching for well over a year, probably two years. I drove three hours last year to look at a lake front property that was grossly misrepresented in the video. It was more swamp than land. I continue to watch, but as for now my money is parked. These prices are going to crash, that’s when I will pounce and buy something for a third of what the seller paid. Rural maine land is never going to substantially appreciate long term in value.
