Luck is main thing bro. I got rejected 9 times in technical interview on campus, that too after giving very good responses to some of the companies. The interview of the tenth company did not went that good, I was frustrated and depressed as hell. But later on, I found out that I got selected. That's when I realized no technical competencies matter as much as luck.
It is pretty much concluded from the video that no such technical competencies matter as much as luck. If u r destined to work at that company, u will get it anyhow.
