Fun fact! "Mui Mui" actually means little sister in Cantonese, but is sometimes used by parents in an affectionate term for daughters. Usually the youngest or only daughter in the family as a doting term of affection. So this adds layers to the Youngest, and the use of Mui Mui.
The way Iris says "Mui Mui..." really just clenches my heart.
Also Allison's theory distress always brings me so much joy.

Like a commenter said on a previous episode, but Principal seems to ALSO not breaking the cycle of pain her mother gave her.
18:33 All clones DO age, except Principal, because Iris never took that strand of hair off her head, remember? This makes Principal also still immune to the disease.
at some point someone says that all that really happens as they age is their hair goes gray, though. it’s not really established whether any of them would die of old age, but i think they don’t.
@@fnord3125 I'm pretty sure they mention somewhat regular use of the incinerator quite a few times, so I'm assuming it's not just for the occasional broken mask or execution. The hair going gray quote was in response to a question about whether sisters' appearances change as they get old, not really about whether they die or not.

14:48 the thing i wonder about principal being youngest is… did she lie about her “predecessor”? early on she says her predecessor was a bang bang fire prior to being principal. do we think this os a lie and youngest was always the only principal, or was youngest… around but not being principal all the time?

the friend who first recommended 1000xresist to me actually stopped playing about 20 minutes into this episode because they thought the game was over, which they found out when i ACTUALLY finished the game and started asking questions about the ending that they apparently hadn't seen
what a fabulous thing to wake up to
one thing that bothers me a little about this bit is (and i’m not sure exactly when someone specifies how long it’s been, that might come later) is that the changes in their world feel very extreme for the amount of time that has passed.
