Hello Maria,,delicious looking meals,,I enjoy seeing all your videos. Here in Florida the humidity is over the top..We are between melting from the heat heavy down pours..I believe my grandma was right,when she told me decades ago. When they started sending up weather balloons, rockets disrupting the national order the weather has never been the same...😊

Hi Maria My friend only tucked a sheet on the bed and she had to finish work and had a disc removed from her back but you need to get this sorted. I could eat salads every day as I love them and find them quite filling. I never r use oil in frying food as they all as they all got their own fat. Home bargains sell the long hot water bottle that you can put around your back. I use a heat pad as I find them better. All the best xx
Hi, I love your videos, I’ve lost 2 stone since the middle of March, I’ve been doing Slimming World on and off for 30 years!! At Slimming world they promote each meal has 1\3 of the plate of protein, free food & speed food. Just a thought it might help! xx
My only comment would be more fibre and more protein both are filling and not only help you keep full but the protein your body works harder to digest it so helps you loose calories easier. I’d be starving on that amount of food. I’ve found since upping my food levels the weight loss has improved. That took me a long time to get my head round. Yes we’re all different and have to follow our own paths and I’m happy you’re happy doing it. Waiting for a Roman haul when ya ready.
You sound really motivated regarding SW , Maria I always think a diet starts in the head so with the thought of your holiday looming up I’m sure you will get the extra pounds off. I hope you video it I really enjoyed your last one. Regarding your muscle pain I can really recommend Bio Freeze it comes in a gel and spray, the spray would be handy for your holidays it really does bring relief, it certainly did with my recent injury I invested in a muscle gun and those heat pads too they all helped but the Bio Freeze would be handy on your hols if you haven’t got rid of it by then. X
Great video In my teens I was 8 stone In my 20’s I was 8 stone In my 30’s I gained weight and got to 12-13 stone and size 16 I then joined SW around 2002 I lost around 1 and a half stone I found it easier to loose weight in the winter But by the age of 50 my life became very stressful- my late mother having very aggressive late onset dementia at the age of 88 She had to go away to nursing home in 2016. She also had AF and Breast Cancer She died in 2019 but the stress bought on type 2 diabetes and I was diagnosed with over active thyroid last year in 🇺🇸🇺🇸 This affects your weight It makes you loose weight I’m now 9 stone No matter what I eat I cannot put weight on Stress is a killer 😊😊😃😃👍 👍
Hi Maria, when you said you use the Weety warm when I had a trapped nerve in my back the Doctor told me to use it cold out off freezer as it stops the inflammation around the nerve only say as I thought it may help hope your back gets better soon it's awful when you have back pain 😊x

Diets don't work long term because soon as you revert to eating normally the weight goes back on, of course as we get older and lead a less active life weight gain is almost inevitable. My philosophy on dieting is if you eat sensibly and exercise you are what you are. I try to get out for a walk every day, drink plenty of water and avoid too much "beige" food (bread,potato,pasta etc) Good luck Maria with your weight loss journey❤

Many times by following the slimming world plan. Like most people if you come off plan the weight goes back on.
Diets don't work long term because soon as you revert to eating normally the weight goes back on, of course as we get older and lead a less active life weight gain is almost inevitable.
