Wow, exactly the type of inside coverage I've been dying to see. Thanks.
Yeah
i wish more people could get a chance to visit a plant themselves.
The Fukushima meltdown indirectly killed one person. They were a Fukushima worker who was inside of the plant when it melted down who died from cancer years after being exposed to high levels of radiation during the meltdown. Is that your idea of something going "horribly wrong"?
Thank you Martyn
Kashiwazaki-Kariwa is the largest nuclear plant in the the world?
Then you should have said it... Jeremy Clarkson style.
"Kashiwazaki-Kariwa.... the most powerful nuclear plant... in the Wooorld."
This show needs more views
I know, right?
All trashed now it blew up 3 times.
something people dont get about nuclear power is that if it goes up we will all go with it
Very astute analysis. Did you know that Chernobyl, the worst nuclear power related disaster ever by far, only has 45 confirmed deaths? Is that your idea of "wE aLl Go wItH iT"? Or maybe you're unaware that nuclear power kills 0.07 people per terawatt produced on average, which is slightly higher than hydro-electric's death rate of 0.06 deaths per terawatt produced, and hundreds of times lower than the death rate of fossil fuels, which is over 20 deaths per terawatt produced before factoring in climate change?
@RespectMyHate You know people know what you just wrote, anyone who want to school does. And how do you think we are inspired to make these things, by looking at what we have done and what works.... A bit like evolution you might say...
most dangerous way to produce electricity but cheap and clean
it ain't clean
And it aint dangerous
@@ankitmagar35 Apart from generating waste at the end of the cycle that's stored away it's a 99.99% carbon free process until DG backups need to kick in, most plants are Carbon Neutral or in a plant like Sendai in Kyushu Carbon Negative.
It is not cheap!
DESTROY THE WORLD.....
