HOW AGRICULTURAL MACHINES ARE MADE?

In this episode we visit the Polish company Samasz from Zabludowo in Podlasie to learn about the production process of the giant GigaCUT disc mower. #agriculturalmachines
It starts with the development of the machine's model and kinematics at the Research and Development Centre. Advanced technologies such as laser cutters, press brakes, mandrel benders, lathes and numerical milling machines are then used. The parts are inspected and, after machining, welded, painted and annealed in a tunnel oven. After assembly, the cutter undergoes testing. This is how these impressive agricultural machines are made.
