You do fantastic work! The only thing I would like to see is when you clean out the grates for the drainage system you would try to lift the grates and clean out the debris under it to make sure it drains! I know this should be done by gov’t agency but it seems like they don’t care! Bless yo for all the work you do and for caring!
I have not seen him lift or do below the drain top area. It is up to government workers to do below. I think cleaning it as he has been doing will make the water drain 90% better. He's doing a great job. To bad those who live there don't come out and help in some way instead of hiding in their homes as they are the ones benefiting from his work.
