Very nice work and overcoming slight variances in our projects is a skill that must be learned quickly to succeed. I have just finished upgrading my lowrider v2 to v3 & I have Burly, which I built first a few years back. I do custom signs for friends and their friends:). Nothing to write home about but fun to do. Thanks for the video!

Thanks, I am glad you like it. I just fought with my LowRider 3 about not arriving at zero after longer pockets with the V-bit, but we were able to resolve it peacefully. If you want to learn how to do inlays, we've got a thread in the forum at the moment. :)

Hey nice Project! I was wondering what caused the little gaps? How accurate is your MPCNC?

Hey Jonathan, the gaps were there because I didn't take care when setting it up before cutting, so it wasn't completely square and off by 0.5mm, so when mirrored it became 1mm. I did a few more inlays and I have one that turned out flawless. Can't post it here though, because it is my wife's christmas present. :D

Oh, and it is really accurate if you make sure it is square before starting the cut. I cut inlays that were 6x12mm. But see: Christmas present. :P
