    Okay, so let’s ignore that loser with the negative comments. Totally agree with what you say in this video, I started my journey this time last year and went trough exactly what you describe about emotional eating. As of today, I’ve lost 95lbs and without trying to sound like I know anything more than you probably do, my tip is to keep with that mindset. You sound like you have it completely on point! Also, lots of people will tell you to exercise more. That didn’t work at all for me. The bigger I was, exercise was obviously more uncomfortable. I felt very self conscious that people were looking at me etc. So for me, all I did was eat well, and much fewer calories than normal. If you can keep yourself busy, that’s always useful. When you begin trying to add exercise, I’d recommend just walking to a certain step count. For a while I attempted to meet 10,000 every other day and then gradually upped it to every day. If you miss out on this, don’t beat yourself up. If you’re eating well and few calories then you will still lose weight. Also, have patience! Forget you’re even doing anything different if you can. That way, it definitely comes as a surprise when you begin to see physical results. Good luck, and please do keep uploading these videos.     Good job. I commend you for how you handled that offensive and unsupportive comment. You’re right, this is YOUR journey. Take as much as you need. Figuring out thing mentally is so hard and your doing amazing.

    5 months later and your still not loaing weight smh! You need to get moving n perhaps see a therapist. Stop blaming shit on feelings.

      You have obviously been following my journey and it seems like you might be frustrated that I have not lost weight. Trust me, I get it. It is frustrating for me too. It is for that reason that I am making this a journey, one of complete self love and self-improvement. Trust me, emotional eating is very real and real in my life. It is this which is hindering my weightloss. I strongly beleive that I am working on this, it might just take longer than anticipated.

      ProductionSandoval yes ive followed since ur start...emphasis on FOLLOW-ED. I do know there is emotional eating but sometimes you need to stop being the victim and stop blaming everything on emotional eating...on work....
      Life can be shitty n ur so young....wait till ur really ADULTING.... change the habits.... if ur stressed....instead of eating, workout, take ur dog out for a walk.... read a book outside.....
      But this is all falling on deaf ears
