I disagree with some of the more hot-headed English youth and their behavior during the recent rioting, but at least you should have the intellectual honesty to deal with the truth. This is NOT a racial conflict but a CULTURAL conflict, in particular between immigrants (legal AND illegal) from primarily Muslim countries and British native citizens. There are certainly plenty of people in London of Chinese ancestry but I see no signs of animus between English and Chinese, and the Sikhs (who seem to have assimilated reasonably well in the UK) don't seem to be a point of contention either. It never ceases to amaze me how people who claim to be so "liberal" and "progressive" are willing to carry water for, and ignore the transgressions of certain groups of people who are extremely misogynistic, homophobic, anti-Semitic and bigoted towards non-believers as we see clearly exhibited by the recent Muslim immigrants.
