PSA: I recorded this video shortly after the launch of Helldivers 2 but after a recent update the "defend area" missions now require 2x as many kills, making them a lot longer. This doesn't really change the overall strategy it just makes completing the trophy a lot harder. Hope this clears up some confusion in the comments I've been reading!
In my opinion the blitz bug missions are the easiest to do this on; i recommend using the mortar and gatling sentry, guard dog rover and eagle cluster bomb, i would also take advantage of the current availability of the mech suits. An additional help would be to use the hero of yhe federation armor to save you just in case you hit yourself with a air strike/ mech explodes. I personally used the breaker shot gun as it can be hipfired while semi running while also packing a punch, but the weapons are up to you. With this strat i was able to do this achievement solo in a couple of tries. Good luck spreading democracy 💪
@@Slashbuddy24 me and friend have been trying to do the defend and blitz missions on this and it’s just insane, we feel like it’s pretty unbalanced right now and with the flying bugs and High number Of hunters. We feel like a extra person is just another liability. plus All the primary guns suck the shield backpack is having a hard time keeping up with the high level of hunters, all these extreme used to be 200 now it’s 400 and we feel as if the there is still too many heavily armored enemies. The 500 kg feels like it’s been nerfed lately, the recent updates have made it not so enjoyable. We destroyed all structures on the blitz mission only to have to wait for a 4 minute extraction of. Them constantly pouring and eventually killing my partner. If you can suggest what a two man team should be carrying for stratagems and base level warbond weapons it would help I’m level 25 and he’s level 20
@@LenardSnith Seriously, I been trying to do it with friends, we did a level 6 kill 400 enemies mission..the first 30seconds, we had 4 bile titans, 8 chargers on us.
@@DeadmanWL ever since the breaker update this game is really going down hill and I know There will be the get gud crowd appearing on this soon. But a game for sweats is a game for sweats. Atleast make it manageable
@@LenardSnith I actually just got the trophy solo, what I did was... go to a Bot Blitz mission, sometimes you get lucky and get one that only requires 4-5 bases explosed...use the Lance to long-range blow up the bases.

This achievement is nearly impossible to do now with all recent changes
It’s definitely tougher now 👎 but if you have some friends that can help you attempt it I would say that makes it easier

How do get a 200 bug kill mission on difficultly 6 i keep getting 400 kill missions for the defense missions
