Good video ! Try protection 4 armor for later mods. Protection 4 is overpowered in vanilla Minecraft. You can literally swim in lava and outheal damage with food while wearing such armor. Also, you seem to forget about elytras as an escape method in your videos😅.

Dropping dripstone on the omen is the fastest way to kill it (edit wardens are also good but you need a lot and they need to be constantly replaced) (double edit just get a gun mod and spray it or try using a tnt mine cart arrow cannon)
