➡️With the situation in El Fasher continuing to deteriorate, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) remains one of the only international organisations on the ground with the ability to provide information about what is happening there.
➡️However, communication with the field team is limited due to the chaotic and violent situation they are dealing with and the limited opportunities they have to get online.
