দেরিতে হলেও সুদহার বাজারের ওপর ছেড়ে দেয়া ও ডলারের দাম বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্তকে ইতিবাচক হিসেবে দেখছেন অর্থনীতিবিদ ও বিশ্লেষকরা। নীতি সুদহারের বৃদ্ধি আপাতত ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যে নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেললেও, দীর্ঘমেয়াদে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলবে অর্থনীতিতে। আর ডলার রেটের বৃদ্ধি হুন্ডির দৌরাত্ম্য কমবে ও রেমিট্যান্স প্রবাহ বাড়বে বলেও মনে করেন তারা।

😊😊 I see everybody is talking negative on interest hike for lending saying borrowers / businessmen will be in difficulty in paying loan interest but nobody never ever talks about the deprivation of depositers. Now almost all of the banks offer on an average 5 to 6.5% interest on deposits. This is totally a mockery and a matter of cheating trap giving interest as low as below the inflation rate of Bangladesh. It means by depositing money in banks, depositers are losing their money let alone making any profit by means of interest. Everyone must remember that depositers are the life of the banks, supplying blood of banks. But depositers are sucked by paying low interest. By the money of depositers, these so-called economists, analysts, businessmen, bankers are restless in touting to give concessions to the businessmen/industrialists... what a mocking😊😊
