- As Christians, we have so much for which to be thankful. But sometimes we lose our focus, as we get sidetracked by life’s responsibilities, struggles, and challenges. Before we know it, our joy is gone, and we end up expressing a bitter, ungrateful spirit.
In this message, Dr. Stanley talks about how Christians ought to be overflowing with gratitude, and begins by reminding us of the security and faith we have in our relationship with Christ. This means . . .
We were chosen before the foundation of the world.
We are indwelt by the Holy Spirit.
We are eternally secure.
We have the gifts of the Spirit.
We have God’s unconditional love.
We have His moment-by-moment presence.
And so much more!
By recognizing these truths, we will develop a grateful spirit, characterized by Christlike attitudes and actions. Learn to have a positive outlook, a humble spirit, peacefulness, generosity, and other great qualities that will open doors to new relationships and opportunities to share the love of Christ with others.

I'm so thankful for God encouraging me through the hardest time in the process of my mothers passing! Uve been sifted like wheat on the threshing floor! He gives me strength and peace, no matter the trials I'm surviving! Amen
I've been very complaining and rarely I've expressed gratefulness and I know I've been hurting God with my attitude and harsh accusing words towards Him. It never cease to amaze me He has put up with such a negative person for so many years. I don't deserve Him. I hope and pray that I can put the bad me behind me now and embrace a new me of gratitude

I always say the shopping centers always skip over Thanksgiving and go right to Christmas we need to respect Thanksgiving just as much as Christmas God has be to good to each and everyone of us🙏🏾

My Bible says we must be perfect like God is perfect. Be holy for I am holy. We must stay away from sin at all cost if you want to go to heaven. And trust Jesus as yr savior. These two work together. You can’t be evil and go to heaven. So B good

I'm grateful when I have and even when I don't have. Amen
Today is November 20 2022. I've been saved since November 10th 1985. This message was one of the best messages I have ever heard. And I have listened to many messages. I believe the King James Bible is The preserve word of God. I was introduced to the Bible Baptist teachings and preaching years ago. And it's sad how everything has changed with many of them. People put the magnifying glass out on other preachers when they should be picking up the mirror. Putting everybody down and they have become like the Pharisees. The messages and church are diluted and no one even hears hardly the messages of Paul the apostle like I have heard in this message. I listen to it in tears and I pray that everybody that hears it that their lives change and that they share this message because you won't hear this in church. This is the message that I want preached at my funeral. I want everyone to watch it playing as they come to pay their respects to me at the funeral home. And when they walk out of there that funeral parlor will be the letter to heaven for them. What a wonderful man what a good Deliverance. Everything he says is 100% right and true and I don't have a church that I can go to. They preached some good things but not like this. I would love to move just so I can go to that church. I don't just call on God when I need him I love him every single day and I never heard everything in my heart being preached out of a preacher's mom like in this message. Everyone makes me think there's something wrong with me. I know there is nothing wrong with me there is everything right about how I live my life and what I believe now I am far from a perfect person but my heart is in the right place and my spirit is renewed and I thank God for the internet and the technology that I can at least come here when I want to be fed meat of the word. The Bible is a two-edged sword that should be piercing the hearts of the Lost and the saved.
There should be a difference. All I see is preachers preaching with a butter knife. More interested in glamor and singing and all those things. It's a way of life. I especially like the analogy he used of marriage. Wow!!
I thank God for you Dr Stanley and I know that you couldn't possibly have the time to read all these comments but I'm praying that somehow you will know I loved you are and appreciated and how I pray for you and I thank God for you. I am being attacked I believe because of my walk with the Lord and I know now it's because I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing.

Maybe I don't have still all that facts of thankful person but I am growing in the Jesús step by step. Each day I am surprising for all God has made in me. Thanks God.
Love presented at it's fullest
I almost rolled my jeep on the interstate, but God said, "let go of the wheel" and I did. Then I found myself gripping, the releasing, then gripping and releasing the wheel over and over again in a perfectly timed sequence. Later I realized that He had me sporadically letting go of the wheel whenever I was going straight forward and gripping the wheel when the force was trying to pull me to either side. If I had tried to counter steer at that speed, I probably would have rolled, but that wasn't His plan. The weird thing was that during that, I felt the peace of God, but afterward Satan kept trying to get in my head and make me afraid.
But You overcame the enemy by The Blood of Th Lamb, which is Jesus!!!
