You just inspired me to order some valve oil and tuning slide grease for the horn that sits in my closet waiting for a new player one day. My first horn I got as a kid back in 1972. It's a copy of an Alex 103 and played almost like one. It cost $400 back then. I had it silver plated to get a darker more 8D type of sound. It's been many years since I played and will never play again but I just can't let go of that old horn.
Beautiful message at the end. Thank you for sharing your horn of plenty.
Nice horn good thing you gave it a new life and a overhaul.
