Excellent video! If I could offer a suggestion for next time: use any color for the car other than white. That way the gas pedal meter won’t blend in and we can see how much power you’re putting down at key points. But I know rentals don’t let you choose the color so it’s not always possible
That’s an excellent point mate thanks for bringing it up. I’ll make sure I choose a different colour in the future. If that’s not possible then I’ll change the driving view. Thanks very much for mentioning this I really appreciate it 👍🏼
I did 1:28:6## on the Dual sense. With TC3 the car will spin up a bit and tell you when to back off for smooth power delivery. However, TC3 isn't necessary. The trick I found is to get as much rotation as possible since this car is front wheel drive and very prone to understeering. T1 braking point into trail braking seems to be the spot a lot of people lose time. Be smooth the whole lap to maintain consistency and eventually little by little you'll improve. Don't go over the limit.
@@NeoGeo822 Thanks for the advise! I noticed some corners it is better to brake gradually instead of full brakes. I have been racing it with - TC. I guess I don't feel like I need.
@@audiohazard1203nut Yeah with FF cars you want to slightly brake to get the car to shift it's balance coming in hot. It's all about how much brake pressure is required sometimes it's 15 percent other times it's 30. Lastly I don't use haptic triggers only the haptic vibration. The triggers have too much pressure to smoothly operate.
Cheers mate, I agree they are very different to our usual rear wheel driven monsters. Just need a bit more time to acclimatise. Seems to take me ages these days 😂
After watching this i shaved off a whole second straight away, still not gold yet but helped allot! Great video!
Thanks very much mate glad it helped.
Still a couple of days left to get a gold. Good luck of you give it another go 👍🏼
Another fantastic lap guide mate. Really helpful with this tricky little hot hatch.
Cheers buddy glad you found it useful.
I hope to be doing some racing with you again at some point soon 🤞
Great explanation of what is important in this lap time challenge. I haven't tried it yet, but now I know what to look out for.
Thanks mate, hope it gives you a good headstart on it 👍🏼.
Let us know how you get on

No worries mate 👍🏼 hope it was useful
Nice lap ! GG
Cheers my mate
Is this possible with a controller? I got below 1:29.
I think it’s definitely possible but I couldn’t do it as I’m terrible on a controller !

@@NeoGeo822 have still on PlayStation 4. Lol it's not even a pro. Takes forever to load menus.
Well done 👍🏽 FF cars are trash 😅
