So from what i understand Connect Modding Group does all of these south american mods (Piccin, Jan, Jacto, etc...) but just publishes them under the brand name instead. It's rather likely Connect Modding Group is comissioned by the manufacturers since some of them feature the mods on their youtube channel. Just wanted to clear up the confusion. Keep up the great work! :)
Wonderful map. Excellent review. I would really like to see you do a let’s play on this map. I would also like to see an actual story line. You are such a great story teller and I have really missed this dimension of your abilities over the last while.
Just to let you know Mr Sealyp, the ‘tractor with the seeder attached’ is described on mod hub as a self powered planter, that’s why it doesn’t connect to anything else as it doesn’t in real life. Also all crops take the same amount of time to grow regardless of whether you have seasons on or off. Seasons just controls when you plant and harvest.
Recanto da Alvorada means "Quiet place of the Dawn" literally. Alvorada is quite a common name of cities in Brazil, while Recanto has more a "beautiful place" meaning.
And not only are the coffee beans worth more before they're roasted, but the 2:1 ratio in the roasting process means the price for the roasted beans is basically also cut in half. It's too bad because it's hard to afford/justify the costs for the equipment and coffee factory for those prices.
Great looking map. Gave it a try. Game crashed 3 times and lost my game save. Retrieved it from the files. Someone suggested removing maintenance mod so I did that. Started a new game save. So far it’s working ok. Excellent review of the map. Always something to learn.
I wish modders would make there mods separate mods like alien Jim does.. would love to use that coffee set up on other maps.. While I'm at it I'd love a modded to do a separate mod for animals and homes ie donkeys , goats, geese, ducks, turkey's maybe rats running around the farm. be do it as a separate mod so can be played on all maps..oh and male animals.buls, ram so on. Love this map will be playing it.
could be a Jacco and or they have to be on the map and may not be a mod as a sepperate mod however they might be able to since there is the grapes and olive mod
Would be cool for you to start a let’s play on your first South American map and highlight the popular products produced in Brazil such as meat, sugar, coffee etc
Oooh yeah ☕ 👍🏼 cheers for the map tour! Will you be doing a let's play series on this map?? It's my new favourite, well that was going to happen as I'm 90% coffee 🙃
It would be nice if the coffee could be turned into a mod for any map, but OTOH, not too sure how coffee would grow on Elmcreek. 😂 I guess we do have sugarcane and cotton though...And surprisingly, olives seem to do well...
Great map tour mr P looks like a great map to play on like you said the prices of coffee but that should be fixed keep up with the great work 👏👏👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
To your comment about thinking about ideas for a let's play I would do 1 change the trees for pine and look at the map and do a storyline around an area in Brazil, Great map tour lots to think about great work 👍👍
Thanks you yet again for an outstanding job. One request tho...maybe next mod map review use something different to drive...Jeep or utv. No reason, just something different. 😁 take care.
Anybody having problens with coffee on console. I planted fertilised looked good but when it says coffee beans and try to harvest them i get nothing lol
I've been playing it for a week and it's really nice, feels very realistic :) Does anyone have a problem with grass though ? it won't grow back once it's cut, i have to re-seed it everytime :/
You can buy the platinum expansion seperate to the platinum edition (if you already have FS22) I would guess there'd be no difference between the platinum edition and buying the platinum expansion on its own as you would still get all the equipment and maps etc
Has anyone tried the Jacto Planter 500 on any fields? I have two on Fox Farms. They get to the end of the fields and just sit there when hired workers are driving them. However, when I use them myself, and turn them around and rehire a worker, they run fine down the length of the field and then do the same thing at the opposite end.I have both ends of the field planted myself,so there are no obstructions to make them get confused and stop.Has anyone else had this problem?Fox Farms has huge fields,so I thought that this would be a good map to test this large equipment out on,but it seems that something is wrong with either the field or these planters.I'm very frustrated. They don't seem to be working right.
Glad I saw your comment as was going to say this myself - I got one to use on the Canadian map and yep it just sits there at the end of the row shaking !!.
I'm surprised they even drove down the row to begin with, because with the grapes and olives you can't hire a worker to run those harvesters so I just assumed the coffee one would be the same. Interesting. Lol
Okay I know how to harvest the beans how do you plant the coffee The cedars and the planters have no coffee icon little help please otherwise I'm uninstalling the map
@@seanobrien7169 wow how I helpful are you and kind of rude I was asking for help someone actually told me how to do it and now I'm having fun on the map but now I know who not to ask helpful from very rude dude

The modders know about the coffee prices. Admitted it was a mistake. Will be fixed in next update👍
It's been a long time, why no update on console. Not aimed at you specifically, just saying it's been 3 months.
Oh really? Yeah that seems abit crazy to me.
@@belfastfarmerhey any idea if you can get animals on this map?
I don’t see why not. You can on every map 👍

All of this is 100% factual
So happy coffee's on console☕☕☕
You forgot your hat at the bus station, Nice review but I was disappointed that there were no coffee fields pre-placed on the map.
Already love this map! I'm setting up a sugarcane/coffee farm and might incorporate cotton at some point.
Ill probably do exactly the same but also poplar
Great map review 👏 MrSealyp

where do you store your grain though?
another weird glitch I noticed is 3 sugar cane fields are ready to harvest like 2 months before u should be able to... and it let me too
DJGoham and you back to back?!? What a morning!
Looks like a nice map. Great review! A good map to try out the new EQ.

Anyone seen how much that large forestry area was. I couldn't see it
Ahhhhhh coffee my favorite bean lol
I think those fields up top with no numbers are co-op fields for multi-player gaming.
My dream has come true. I can grow my own coffee!!!
Bout time for a new let’s play I remember before you would do two let’s plays

You buy a game and then let workers do the work? 🤦♂️
@@davidvanmol5199 Anything wrong with that? I own a big operation with MANY employees. Work wouldn't get done without workers.

I found that I also can't get the Uniport 4530 to fill with liquid fertilizer at any mods that I have found. This mod pack needs some work.

Plant the coffee trees in build mode, same as if you plant olive trees...

Great map but I'm sure it'll get an update so I'm not gonna invest too much time in it rn.
Another RUclipsr did a map tour and had higher price for for roasted coffee
the price discrepancy is because its not a 1:1 its 2:1 ratio
I never start a map on new farmer with the crap they give you. I always start as farm manager and buy the stuff and put everything where I want it.
🙂
