All are good but.... the cost comparing with motherboard with wifi is costlier ... further direct ethernet connectivity is best form for any form of browsing and gaming online where wifi is not required.. as well data transfer speed will not match with direct ethernet connection to be faster... In hand helpfully the Bluetooth USB dongle could be the cheapest one in addition to the ethernet connection if required... It is very clearly to understand.. having wifi onboard is only costlier PC build module.....!

MSI b760m-A is arguably best motherboard in budget price segment.B760m mortar is the best in the mid range price segment. Difference is VRM (power supply to processor).B760m bomber can at maximum support i5 13500/14500 as VRM of this motherboard is not good(MSI intelligently hide any details about VRM because it is weak with barely enough heatsink). b760m-A can easily support i7 13700/i5 14600 processors.B760m-E has weaker VRM than bomber(max intel 12400 0r 13400).b760m-a wifi ddr5 version is available for around 500Rs more than DDR4.But it is still 2-3k more than bomber. If you want to use/upgrade to i7 (in future) go with b760m-A otherwise bomber is enough.
It is not VRM or power phases. Its about providing PCIE Gen5 and overclocking facility which inturn improve on different versions like basic A/ standard M / premium - X or E on motherboard naming but it differs. Mainly cost differs with PCIE Gen5 with 1st support / 2nd support / 3 support which supports speed lanes with GPU and M.2 simultaniously or either one of them. Actually there is not yet Gen5 GPU or few SSD/M.2 at present. About VRM phases, you got to check and purchase it only if you are crazy overclock which no one does unless you CPU is 2 generations old, to catchup with speed. I think this answers your questions in depth. Go for X or E motherboard where you dont regret buying because you do not change them anytime sooner.
BTW INTEL CPU + Motherboard 760 will cost you more then AM5 + motherboard 650. Intel based motherboards are expensive. Anyway there is burn-up issue with Intel 13th and 14th gen CPU which you cannot claim warranty. It is no brainer to go for Intel for now.

B-series chipsets has less PCIE lanes than z series chipsets with no overclocking ability.MSI b760m-e mentioned here is the cheapest motherboard with poor VRM and without basic heat sink. It can't run a 14600k or even a 14500 properly. MSi b760m bomber may run 13500/14500 processor properly but will struggle to get full performance out of 14600k/12700/12900 etc.MSI B760m-A can easily run 14600k/12700. Then you may ask why you are running a k series processor on B series motherboards without overclocking ? You cant overclock K series CPUs in B series motherboards but you can undervolt and optimize performance. K series CPUs comes with bigger cache, better performance, higher memory bandwidth, base clocks and boost clocks. As per Intel, proper Raptor lake processors start with 13600k/14600k. Others are rebadged Alder lake(12th gen) CPUs There are z versions of motherboards like z690e and b650e(for Ryzen processors) which means availability of pCIe gen5 slots for both nvme and graphics card and are premium models. X series are also there for Ryzen processors with high no of PCIE lines. But there is nothing called b760E type motherboards for Intel because of limits in PCIE lines. You may get either gen5 M.2 or GPU slot in higher end B series not both. VRM matters a lot and especially for power hungry Intel processors. If VRM is not good enough to handle processor, processor will throttle itself to run slower clocks and may affect its longevity. Many basic motherboards are restricted to 150w max power limit because of poor vrms. For eg: ASrock b660m-itx motherboard has restricted to max PL1 value of 100w, intel 13500/14500 processor had max TDP of 153w(Many complaining it is easily reaching 180w and above in all core workloads). In multi core environments it will throttle heavily. If VRM is not expensive why all these above motherboards mentioned above using cheap discrete MOSFETs ? Motherboards like b760m-e will heat up heavily because there is no heat sink and for Bomber there is only minimal heat sink. Check MSI b760m-A to see difference in heat sink.. Yes. Intel K-series processors were facing stability issues because of silicon degradation due to high voltages. Intel processors are requesting extreme high voltages which causes degradation to chip. Intel claims to have fixed these issues and released 3 bios updates to solve it . All processors below 13600k/14600k are safe from these issues. Also warranty has been extended by further 2 years for K series processors but beware intel warranty start from date of manufacturing. Ryzen is the go to processor now but am5 still remains expensive for budget users. Zen5 hardly shown big improvements over zen4(both am5). AMD planning to reduce zen4 manufacturing to increase zen5 sales which is not good value for money. Much appreciated 7800x3d gaming processor is not available anywhere for normal prices.
