I think there is a mistake when you were explaining Listed company at 6:50 minutes. Listed Company is a company whose share are available to be bought in Stock market and is registered in Stock Exchange not in SECP.. SECP has record of both listed and non listed companies but not every registered public company is listed in Stocks exchange commission so they are called non listed company.

SECP is a regulator o companies in Pakistan companies are registered under SECP regulations, and companies want to issue share to general public will be listed in PSX.
