Sounds dumb but I think this excercise just gave me a bunch of relief. I’ve suffered for a couple years. Sometimes I’m laying on the couch and I can’t get up because of a shooting pain near my spine.
I have a herniated discs L3-L4 level for 10 years, once every year it gets really bad and i get severe cramps in the fascia and erector. Been on crutches for 2 days now and had very hard time to even get up from a chair. Did this easy exercise today, started at lunch when i found the video, 10 reps or until it started to cramp and repeat every other hour. Now its 9pm and the cramps are not as intense and i can feel my stability is better, if i´m up i can move around shorter steps without crutches. I should probably do other exercises too, but just this one helped a bit.
Vielen Dank an Eric Franklin für diese wundervolle Erfahrung für meinen Rücken. Ich habe es mit dem Video gemacht und mein unterer Rücken fühlt sich viel besser an.
I have this issue where whenever I do exercises that target the lats, my lower back acts up. For example, this past weekend, I dug 5 holes with shovel and mattock to plant some bushes. I was tired and sore, but no real back issues. A couple days after I recovered from that, I felt great, so I did some exercises with the weakest resistance band where I did some pull/push motions when wrapping the band around a pole in my basement. The next morning my lower back was tight, weak, and it hasn't recovered very well in 5 days. Could this be fascia related?
I work at a factory where I twist and lift constantly from left to right only. So my left muscle is slightly bigger than my right muscle. How can I improve my right muscle to match the other muscle

Same here, stretching definitely helps. Better than only laying-double knee-dodeways stretching oonly
