I did a number of things.. BEST ONE was sending to shop. I drive a Can Am now but still have the MP3.. Part of the beeping I have are a small hydraulic leak. I hate to say this but I think another beep issue could be due to having installed 3rd party led lighting. Being female, bad knees, short legs - I got a used Can Am RT 2010 ... I adored the attention the MP3 got.. But it was expensive to upkeep being non mechanically inc!ined... So it sits and looks cool.. But not driven often due to cost to upkeep.
FAULT: micro switch not pressed. SOLUTION: loosen the cable slightly (right above the roll-lock mechanism), so the spring can bring it back all the way and thus the micro switch could be pressed.
This is a Piaggio, the worst package of crap you could ever buy. It hates humidity, and they have so many issues with the locking mechanism and everything electric or electronic. It also hate cold temps. When problem starts, they are forever night mare.

Did you found what was the problem?
Tilt lock oil level perhaps, or bad seat sensor?
