I love to see that you are using traps, grenades and all of that special stuff to deal with your enemys! I also try to use it as much as possible but it feels like the other players allways forget about it. They just use their normal boring weapons to camp areas or push into houses with players inside witch is sad in my opinion. They can give you such huge advantages in all kinds of situations and make the game so much more interesting and enjoiable. Every PvP encounter is allready unike by itself, but these extra items are giving you so much more options... However again a really nice video with some strong plays
well, apart from grenades, making plays with those kind of tools is just... time consuming. I wonder how long the time on stream was between Tope setting that bear trap and baiting shots and when those guys came.

Agreed!! I use grenades to force other players out of hiding. They only eat the nade if they don't want a gunfight 😂
Sometimes when I'm surrounded by zombies in a building but someone is outside camping I'll throw a bullet to rile up the zombies and basically make them react or give up their position. Or you can throw a bullet to make time think it's a grenade or something
Why have you got a god complex about using grenades and traps?

Every time when I think it is impossible to win DayZ gunfights, you are proving me I am completely wrong, showing some extraordinary skills. Hats off!
Those missed shots on the mountain side I feel like is another effect of being prone, if you think about it since your scope is canted to the side, your barrel is also to the side slightly. Whenever I've laid prone on a not flat surface it feels super likely to miss.. so I always crouch then. Need to see Wobo dissect if there's a difference. Amazing gameplay!
The game's mechanics are all screwed up. When firing at an incline or decline, the actual distance to target is shorter, and one should always be aiming lower than the point of aim for a flat shot. The game totally screws up manual of arms for firing a bolt action, breaking cheek weld and sight picture every shot to reload. Along with a host of other bizarre "game" artifacts which are probably a result of sync times and spaghetti code.

Great opening TopeREC that's exactly how I'd describe the game. I like how random events can be and you can get an organic experience each time. I've had times were I've survived crazy situations and died from simple frustrating things. I always enjoy your vids of DayZ.

Its still perfect time to live :D we used to break legs all the time in old versions xD once i wanted to give one guy cool experience and took him millitary he looted small tower 2m high and he felt dead. . well at least i remember cool moment not so cool for him half hour running to die from falling xDD but yeah we loved and still love even not playing DayZ for brutality.. tons of games you survive shots heal run like nothing.. here you must recover gear demaged.. even you can go slowly.. its original hope games will go this direction in future.. instead of nonsense

All odds stacked against you, anything and everything in this game is there to kill you. One mistake gets you killed now, or sometimes hours later. Thats why managing to survive and if you're lucky even thrive in this game feels so good.
I had a character that was alive since the update and survived about 10 gun fights then died from the glitch where the zombie hits you when your not even next to them right after out gunning a three man squad of freshie killers 😂😂😂 I love this game but it will test your will no doubt, thanks to you I can handle myself in gun fights thanks tope.

Love this game. Play more casual mod maps now, however if you spend the time to get good you will start enjoying the offical servers. Zombies, stavation, the super annoying flu. Factory out of the box almost perfect if you have time.

dayz is the game i only dreamt of as a kid, they perfect game to me. though it does have flaws of course, but like you say nothing quite compares. the adrenaline coursing through my veins when my characters life is at risk, its a crazy immersive sim. not many games have had that effect on me. keep on doing what you do, i eagerly look forward to the next vid, and the next, etc. i will support you with a few bucks someday when i can spare it

the most brutal part of the game is that you have to invest so much time to really enjoy it and then lose everything to lag or bugs.
one of the main aspects is obv the pvp but you are never guaranteed that your shots connect, your bullets to dmg and the list goes on and on.
