I was fully addicted to this game for a few months a few years ago. I don't think I ever spent any money on it but it's pretty fun even free to play. Different managers have different buffs like walking speed, mining speed, unload speed, and some discount the upgrades. I found myself assigning managers to use their buff then switching to a different one. I think I got up to the ruby or emerald mine maybe the diamond I don't remember

Hey blitz helpful hints for you $ means your upgrades are cheaper juniors are low quality senior is medium executive is highest quality apart from super managers which you buy later in the game the lower shafts are better than upgrading than the close to the surface ones and having friends on the game will finish quests quicker I have been playing this for 5 years still can't get all shafts to 800 but the weekly challenges I can do in half hour best time was 16 minutes

My big tip for the game is to pump money into the one mine shaft. i like to do around level 12. get it up to a nice big number. eventually the return will get wors as it will cost to much money to upgrade it. so you will have to switch. always be thinking about which mine shaft will give the best return. also race towards the emerald mine. the emerald mine is where you get the big money. it has a 14X multiplier. always use the managers that cut costs. get loads of managers. you will want as many 70% and 80% cost cutters as possible.
