THE GARFIELD SHOW - EP111 - Kind to kittens

As Mayor Grafton enters his restaurant, Vito suggests he passes a new law fining people showing unfriendly to cats. Crooked Mayor Grafton sees the new financial bonanza lying there and pleases the press by announcing that law and introducing Professor Bonker's new robots to enforce it. These robots soon start handing out fine tickets to everyone: Jon for asking Garfield to put out the trash, a jogger for refusing to order Chinese food for Garfield and so on an so forth. Garfield is having a great time! But after a while, people start eventually running away from Garfield for fear of getting heavily fined! When Garfield himself is fined for mailing Nermal to Abu Dhabi, he decides to have the law changed...
