- Panipuri is India's most favorite street food of crispy, hollow, fried dough balls (puri) stuffed with boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, white peas curry (also known as ragda) together with spicy tangy water and a sweet chutney. With so many bursts of tastes and flavors in your mouth when you have pani puri, you just cannot have one

They could’ve easily used pre made mix for the paani but they made their own.

0:10 mint and coriander (cilantro)
0:47 green chillies 🌶️
0:52 Ginger
0:58 jaggery (similar to unrefined brown sugar)
1:26 chaat masala (tangy salty spice mix)
Cumin powder
Black pepper
Salt
1:38 lemon
*Ingredients for sweet and sour Pani(water)*
2:20 tamarind paste
Jaggery water
2:25 red chilli powder
Jeera(cumin) powder
Chat masala
2:34 hing(asafoetida)
*Ingredients for Puri(puffed balls)*
3:14 wheat flour
Samolina and water + little bit of salt
*Ingredients for spicy potato mix* (which is not shown here but without that panipuri is incomplete)
Boiled potatoes
Salt
Chilly powder/green chilli
Cumin and coriander powder (optiona)
(Mix it togather)
+Boiled chickpea and raw red onion is must

I am again here after months..just I want to tell you that you peoples are doing awesome and keep it up.....my grandmother 👵❤ passed away on 3rd of April and she is younger than you..she always used to talk about you whenever I opened your video....she always says that this granny is doing great along with her grandson.. might be..she also says that the granny used to prepare all the meals in a very good and neat way...she told many good things about you peoples that I cannot convey in words...and one more things this music is so satisfying...God bless you 😊❤
