OK to answer the question that I thought I wrote on the screen, but I didn't double check it, sorry guys:
I earned AED5000 a month (that was my first salary, first project) and it was residential.
They charged AED120 per SQM for design only, then they added overhead over materials buying, custom-fittings, etc..

Such a great video , but I just wanted to clarify the point about 3Ds max and vray you can still see the lighting and materials using 3ds max as well as you can make a quick render that might 1 minute to make sure that your lights and materials are perfect, for sure its a preference what software to use to show your product but nothing gives you that realism picture as 3Ds max+Vray, and thank you for your advice
