Thank you soo much. I'm in my 50's have physical and mental problems (pip said I'm not disabled) and will be taking my very first flight later on in the year. I will be flying alone from Luton to Inverness, so its not long hall but is enough for me. I was finding it sooo hard to find a video to show new flyers what to do and where to go, and as the terminal has just been updated there's nothing on google maps. so your tour was extremely helpful.
