Wow. I stumbled across your channel by accident but what a serendipitous find. Have just started watching from the beginning and am enjoying your reviews so much. Maggie’s comment about feeling like you have achieved something even when you loose is the best compliment for any game and a sign of a good one. As a game designer myself, hearing this type of forthright feedback is most helpful. I really hope you continue this far into the future.

This is probably a game I would have overlooked but you both definitely made it look interesting. I like that there is a motivation against the hoarding of resources by upping the probability of an ‘event’ happening. Neat that the deluxe edition has railways from outside of Europe. Thanks for the review! Those meeples are adorable!
Thanks for your support Tee Hlfx and glad you enjoyed the review. It's one of those rare worker placement games that is relatively straightforward to teach... the communal track progression means there are not too many decisions to make (and low AP). I hope you get to try it sometime.

Oh man this one wasn't on my radar at all. It looks really cool! I'm not big on trains neither but I really like look of the shared track / excavation mechanism as well as the variable setup Another for the wishlist. Thanks!
It's a very clever game and quite unique in that it keeps everyone racing for the same items all the way along the track. It is easy to teach so it makes a nice gateway too. ☺ thanks for checking out some of our older vids Aaron!
@@ThinkerThemer my daughter played on her own for like 3 hours yesterday which is usually unheard of so I downloaded some older videos and listened while I caught up on a bunch of chores haha
Sorry about the delayed reply MaSchmi!! I didn't no it hadn't posted originally. We did come across Alubari but after watching reviews that it is 'less tight' than Snowdonia we thought that it might not be for us (as we don't find Snowdonia particularly tight). Thanks for the suggestion.
Its such a great game, but REALLY HURT by soooo many mistakes in the rules. They issued a fix pack for cards, but the rulebook is so bad for the expansions, you MUST comb thru BGG before playing any scenario. Siege of Petersburg is one of my favorite scenarios, but the rules/cards had at least 6-8 mistakes. Ugggh. If you can get past THAT, then its a great game.

I got this game because of your passion for it. I fell in love with it much more than I thought I would.

Try Alubari, its a good evolution of the Standard Snowdonia playmode.
