What is best width for tree to have good production and don't have problems with harvest?

Thanks for your comment, the answer is not easy.
It mainly depends on soil, climate, variety and the height you can harvest (Harvester type).
I prefer shorter trees 2.5 to 3 meters high, therefore 3.5m wide by 1.3m between trees.
Many growers let the trees too high and too wide and then have trouble with harvest.
Short and narrow canopies are more efficient.
This is my preference, but it doesn't mean this is the only way to grow. Thanks
