Thanks for the kind words. I am not sure if I understood your question. The first 5 minutes are dedicated to the reason why you might need a regreso. Later in the video I mentioned that Chris was not asked why he needed to leave Spain. In our case, the police did not care. Your reason why you need to leave Spain and return during your TIE processing is personal to you.

Note: the tax in this video is wrong. I am sorry, I mixed up clips and accidently inserted my clip from the initial TIE video. Click on the specific field called Autorización de Regreso for the tax. Special thanks to Kostadin Prokopiev for noticing! :)

Hi I need to travel to Ukraine via Poland because of war situation, and I have an Indian passport, I do have Authorization de Regresso, so can I use this document to travel to Ukraine via, please guide me.
Hi! This question is too important and specific to be answered by a random RUclipsr with an American passport and probably a different type of visa from you who published a video on regresos two years ago (look at the publication data of this video). There are so many things that are different about our situations that it would be impossible if not irresponsible for me to guide you. Maybe an immigration attorney could guide you? If you have a regreso, I would think you could get back into Spain without your TIE, but I don´t know. This is the email of an immigration attorney that I interviewed for this channel: kostadinprokopiev@gmail.com . Maybe someone at his firm can answer your question?
