🫵 Engaging in arguments and debates is wise only with those who have a neutral mindset or the intention to understand and be understood.
You Shia will not accept any argument. Debating with you holds no significance when you have already declared companions like Abu Bakr and Umar as hypocrites or disbelievers.
However, I address those who truly love the companions and the family of the Prophet.
➡ For those who do not understand, this reference is to Bagh e Fadak, which according to the Shia, was usurped by Siddique Akbar [God forbid].

1) What is Bagh e Fadak?
Fadak was a garden with date palm trees. It produced many dates, which the Jews handed over to the Prophet without a fight. Such property, acquired without a fight, is called "MAAL E FAYE".
Imam Sayyed Jurjani, in his book At-tarifaat, writes that both Ahle Sunnat and even Ahle Tashai agree that property obtained without a fight is called MAAL E FAYE.
Therefore, Bagh e Fadak was "MAAL E FAYE".

2) What is the ruling of Shari'ah on this property?
In Surah Hashr, Ayat No. 7, it is clearly stated that such property (which Allah bestowed upon the Prophet from the Jews) is not inheritance.
[To the Shia who present verses about the inheritance of other prophets, I want to say that the property they inherited was not MAAL E FAYE.]
By Allah’s command, the Prophet distributed the income from Bagh e Fadak among the poor, needy, orphans, and even those who came from other countries to learn Islam in Medina, especially the ASHAB E SUFFAH (who lived near the Prophet’s house and had no home in Medina). The widows also received stipends from it.
The Prophet also gifted a portion of this wealth to his wives.

3) After the Prophet’s Demise, Sayyidah Fatimah Approaches Siddiq Akbar:
When Hazrat Abu Bakr was appointed Caliph by the consensus of all companions, the Prophet’s daughter came to him and said, "This garden is my father’s property, and as his daughter, I should inherit it."
In response, Siddiq Akbar recited a Hadith and said, "I heard the Prophet say that prophets do not leave any inheritance. Whatever they leave behind is charity.
O Prophet’s daughter, this Hadith is in my mind, and because of this, I cannot give you the garden."
[Sahih Bukhari 4240, 4241]
🚩Shia’s Objection:
Shia argue that Abu Bakr fabricated this Hadith. There is no such Hadith that says prophets do not leave inheritance or that it is not distributed.
✅The Answer:
Shia are so unaware of their fabricated religion that they do not even read their own books but instead accuse our Abu Bakr!?
In their book, which they consider the most authentic after the Quran, "Usool e Kaafi" written by Yaqoub Kulayni (considered the greatest Muhaddith of their sect).
In volume 2 of "Usool e Kaafi," in the section on knowledge and its virtues, Imam Jafar e Sadiq states,
"Scholars are the heirs of prophets. Prophets do not leave money, gold, or silver as inheritance; instead, they leave knowledge. Whoever acquires this knowledge has gained the best part of their life."
Thus, this Hadith is agreed upon by both Ahle Sunnat and Ahle Tashai.

4) Fatimah Zahra’s Displeasure:
It is also in our books that Sayyidah Fatimah was not pleased with this and remained upset with Siddiq Akbar for a few days.
When Siddiq Akbar learned of her displeasure, he went to Sayyidah’s house himself.
This narration is also found in Shia sources.
[Book: 'Haq-qul Yaqeen' - Mullah Baqir Majlisi]
Siddiq Akbar went to Sayyidah’s house. Ali was also present there. Siddiq Akbar said to Sayyidah,
"I heard that you are displeased because I did not give you Fadak and because you are not satisfied with the Hadith I presented from the Prophet. O Prophet’s daughter, please be pleased, this Abu Bakr is ready to give you all his wealth and property instead. But I cannot give Fadak because of the Quranic verse and your father’s Hadith in my mind."
Mullah Baqir Majlisi himself writes that Maula Ali also confirmed this Hadith, and after this, Sayyidah was pleased with Siddiq Akbar. The issue was resolved.
**But since Shia are masters in fabricating stories, they concocted another series of fairy tales.
Because of these stories, Shia curse Abu Bakr Siddiq to this day.
May Allah grant these Shia understanding!

5) A Question to the Shia:
You claim that Abu Bakr first usurped Fadak, followed by Umar.
So tell me, if someone usurped someone else’s property, who would inherit that property after their death?
That usurped property would go to their children!
I challenge 👊 the Shia to show that after Abu Bakr’s demise, did he pass Fadak to his children?
When Abu Bakr’s inheritance was distributed, was Fadak included in the distribution?
You insist that the inheritance of prophets goes to their children.
Then tell me, among the Prophet’s property, Fadak was not solely Fatimah Zahra’s share. The Prophet had 9 wives who were alive at that time.
According to Islamic law, a husband’s property is also inherited by his wives.
So among the Prophet’s wives were Siddiq Akbar’s daughter Hazrat Ayesha and Hazrat Umar’s daughter Hazrat Hafsa.
Why didn’t Abu Bakr or Umar give a share of Fadak to their daughters?
So Abu Bakr and Umar did not give Fadak to the Prophet’s wives who were also their daughters because they followed the Quranic verse and the Prophet’s Hadith!
"Prophets do not leave any inheritance; whatever they leave is charity."

6) Fourth Caliph: Maula Ali and Bagh e Fadak:
Shia say that Abu Bakr usurped Fadak as soon as he became Caliph, followed by Umar and then Usman.
After Hazrat Usman, Maula Ali became the Caliph, so Fadak came under his control.
Why didn’t Maula Ali correct this mistake by giving Fadak to the children of Fatimah Zahra, who were alive at that time (Hasan, Husain, Zainab, and Umm Kulthum)?
❓Did Maula Ali also usurp the Prophet’s inheritance and not distribute it to Fatimah’s children?
👊Do the Shia have the courage to accuse Maula Ali of usurping the Prophet’s inheritance?

The same principles on which Shia accuse Abu Bakr and Umar also apply to Maula Ali.

🎯Conclusion:-
It is proven that neither Hazrat Abu Bakr, Umar, Usman, nor Ali usurped Bagh e Fadak, but it was Allah’s command that this property belonged to Allah and His Messenger, and there would be no inheritance in it.
This property, being MAAL E FAYE, was for the poor relatives, orphans, and travelers.
The Prophet acted upon this, and after him, his Caliphs acted upon it.
We have proven this from both Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama'at and Ahle Tashai’s books.

There's not a single Sunni who has EVER stated hate towards Imam Ali, therefore your the nincompoop dipshit that has no clue what he's talking about.
1. Why wouldn't the prophet say the same statement about Imam Ali on the day Arafat instead of ghadeer kaum when most of the followers had left? Or was it not for the people questioning Imam Alis authority before ghadeer where the prophet had to say this statement to show Imam Ali status in Islam?
2. When the prophet had died, people had no idea what would happen next who's going to lead them. Therefore, the event of saqifa took place. Now logically, if the prophet was amoungst us and gone the next day, wouldn't we be lost? Or do you have all the clarity you needed already? The event of saqifa was needed to ensure stability. Which is logical. Even now, people still require mufti to look into their issues. But apparently, the Shia were all set with their stuff.
3. The Quran, both Shia and Sunni books, explicitly talk about prophets not leaving any inheritance, yet you question it, then you say it was a gift. Do you think it was Inheritance court law, so they evade taxes? The prophet left behind wisdom and knowledge in the form of Sunnah no worldly possession. If that was the case, why didn't Imam Ali take back Fadaq during his Khilafat?
4. Can you please give sources of the door incident from Sunni sources? Every source you will bring will be from Shia books saying they are sunni like Tabari and Tusi, not a single one from Bukhai, Tirmisi or Muslim.
Go search up what happened during the time of revelation of Surah Nisa 4:43 and why it was revealed.
Questions for the Shias.
1. Why has the lineage of Ahlul Bayt been defined by yourself to only Imam Husain and his progeny excluding Imam Hasan? Why are children like Abu Bakr ibn Husain, or Umar ibn Hasain ignored while only Zain al abideen is praised? Why would Imama Husain name his children after the so-called anti Shia, say Umar was a popular name, but Abu Bakr was a title more than a name, or was the child named after the person?
You say Mutta is halal and state Imam Ali said haram but was doing Taqiya. Where have you found these concepts practiced by the prophet?? And does Imam Ali the warrior need to do Taqiya?
You say you're following Ahlul Bayt. Can you tell me 1 tradition that you follow from them? Taqiya mutta mattam every single one seems made up.
Why is it important for you to follow the sunnah of Imam Ali and Imam Husain rather than the prophet? Go to Iraq rather than Medina? 90% of the Shia books, Ulema, Traditions, and Hadith come from Iraq, not even Iran, the tyrant state. And from a single region called Kuffa. Isn't that the place where Imam Husain was killed? Weren't the people of kuffa cheering at his demise? Why is Shimar considered a scholar in your books when he was the direct killer? حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، وَالْعَبَّاسَ ـ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلاَمُ ـ أَتَيَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ يَلْتَمِسَانِ مِيرَاثَهُمَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُمَا حِينَئِذٍ يَطْلُبَانِ أَرْضَيْهِمَا مِنْ فَدَكَ، وَسَهْمَهُمَا مِنْ خَيْبَرَ. فَقَالَ لَهُمَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ نُورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ، إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ ". قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَدَعُ أَمْرًا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَصْنَعُهُ فِيهِ إِلاَّ صَنَعْتُهُ. قَالَ فَهَجَرَتْهُ فَاطِمَةُ، فَلَمْ تُكَلِّمْهُ حَتَّى مَاتَتْ.
Narrated `Aisha: Fatima and Al `Abbas came to Abu Bakr, seeking their share from the property of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and at that time, they were asking for their land at Fadak and their share from Khaibar. Abu Bakr said to them, " I have heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, 'Our property cannot be inherited, and whatever we leave is to be spent in charity, but the family of Muhammad may take their provisions from this property." Abu Bakr added, "By Allah, I will not leave the procedure I saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) following during his lifetime concerning this property." Therefore Fatima left Abu Bakr and did not speak to him till she died.

Imam Sayyed Jurjani ne apni kitab At-tarifaat mei likha hai. Ispe Ahle Sunnat or yaha tak k Ahle Tashaiyo ka bhi ittefak hai k ayse Maal ko (jo bina jung ladey hasil ho) MAAL E FAYE kehtey hai.
BAGH E FADAK - MAAL E FAYE) - HAI.

Surah Hashr, Ayat No. 7 mei saaf wazey farmaya gya hai ke iss tarah ka jo MAAL (Jo Allah ne Yahudio se Huzoor ko dilwaya hai) hota hai wo WIRASAT nahi hota.

Jab Hazrat Abu Bakr Khalifa mutayyan huey sab SAHABA ke IJMA se tab Shehzadi e Rasool apke pass ayi or farmaya - "Yeh BAGH mere Walid ki MILKIYAT hai or mai unki beti hu to iss lihaz se mujhe apne WALID ki WIRASAT milni chaiye."
Jawab mei SIDDIQUE E AKBAR ne ek Hadees tilawat ki or farmaya - "Mene Nabi suna hai ke Ambiya koi WARIS nahi hota. Jo kuch wo chhodtey hai wo WIRASAT nahi balki SADAQAH hota hai.
Aye Nabi ki Shehzadi yeh Hadees mere peshe nazar hai jiski wajah se mai apko yeh Bagh nahi de sakta."

Shiao ka iss Hadith mei etraz hai k Abu Bakar ne yeh HADITH gadhi thi. Aysi koi Hadith nahi k Ambiya ka Maal WIRASAT mei nahi milta, taqseem nahi hota.

Shia Hazraat apne man-ghadat deen se itne be-khabar hai ki apne ghar ki kitabey bhi nahi padhtey or chaley hai humarey ABU BAKAR pe ilzaam laganey!?
Inn ke ghar ki kitab, jo yeh Quran k baad sabse Afzal maanty hai "Usool e Kaafi" jisko (iss firqey ke sabse bade Muhaddith maane jane waley) Yaqoub Kulayni ne likha hai.
Iss kitab 'Usool e Kaafi' ki Jild 02, Kitab ul Akal, Baab - 'Sifatil 'ilmi wa fazlihi wa fazlil 'ulema'.
Isme wo Hadith nakal kartey hai Imam Jafar e Sadique se ke Imam Jafar farmatey hai -
"Ulema Ambiya k WARIS hotey hai. Ambiya WIRASAT mei maal, darm o dinar nahi chhodtey balke 'ilm ko chhod ke jatey hai. Iss 'ilm se jisne faiz paa liya goya usne apni zindagi ka behtareen hissa paa liya."
To ab yeh HADITH "Mutaffaqun 'alaih" ho gai Ahle Sunnat or Ahle Tashai mei.

4. FATIMAH ZAHRA KI NARAZGI !
Yeh humari kutub mei bhi hai ke Sayyedah Fatimah iss baat se raazi nahi hui or kuch din Siddique Akbar se naraaz rahi.
Jab Siddique Akbar ko pata chala ke aap Sayyidah iss baat se naraaz hai to Siddique Akbar khud Sayyidah ke ghar tashreef le gaye.
***Yeh riwayat SHIAO k yaha bhi maujood hai.

Siddique Akbar khud Sayyidah ke ghar tashreef le gaye. Waha Ali bhi maujood they. Siddique Akbar ne Sayyidah se farmaya -
"Mene suna hai aap Naraz ho kyu ki mene FADAK apko nahi diya or aap iss baat se bhi raazi nahi ho jo HADEES mene RASOOL-ALLAH ki pesh ki. Aye RASOOL ki Shehzadi khudara aap isey raazi ho jaye, yeh Abu Bakar iske badley apko apna KUL MAAL, apni TAMA JAYDAAD dene k liye tayyar hai. Lekin mai FADAK nahi de sakta kyu k QURAN ki ayat or apke BABA-JAAN ki HADEES mere peshey nazar hai."
Ab MULLAH BAQIR MAJILISI khud likhtey hai k MAULA ALI ne bhi iss HADEES ki TASDEEK ki or fir iske baad SAYYIDAH Siddique Akbar se raazi ho gai. Narazgi khatam kr di. Masla khatam ho gya.
***Lekin SHIA chuki gadhney mei maahir hotey hai. Chunachey SHIAO ne ipse fir ek se badhkar ek ALIF LAILA wali DASTAAN gadh daali.
Yeh sab DASTAANO ki wajah se SHIA aaj tak Abu Bakr Siddique pe laan-taan kartey hai.
ALLAH INN SHIAO KO SAMJHNE KI TAUFEEQ DEY !

To Abu Bakr o Umar ne FADAK ka hissa nah to Huzoor ki AZWAJ ko diya nah Huzoor ki BETI ko diya kyu ke aap ke peshe nazar QURAN ki Ayat or NABI ki HADEES thi!
