im trying to learn animation to apply for University portfolio but then I tried Adobe AE and its so frustrating didn't know blender is this noob friendly. Big thanks

OH NO-
incredibly helpful Worthi! Thanks for putting the time to make this. If you ever make more in the future I'm sure all of us trying to learn greasepencil would watch it in a heartbeat.
i spent like 50 bucks for an Intro to Animation workshop and learned nothing about actually finding a program to start with- meanwhile this absolute champion provides a full run down in a free program for free. I love Worthi so much holy smokes

It's crazy how young you are, considering the body of high quality work you've already created.
I can't believe your friend Bill Murray let you have that exclusive photo of him on the Ghostbusters set
honestly just enjoyed listening to him talking, rather than actually listening to the tutorial
The past few days or so I’ve been thinking about taking up drawing to do some animations for fun. So given this came out now, where are your listening devices hidden in my house?
Genuine question: were you laughing out of nervousness from doing something silly on camera or were you genuinely still laughing at the animation/premise you made throughout the process?
i feel like it was a mix of both
If you check out his twitter, he does some silly stuff on camera no problem. : )
He posted your question on his Twitter 😂
When slimer moved for the first time all colored and with his mouth movements I literally popped off out of my chair like "WHAT!?"
Like I've always known how animation works but seeing someone's process first hand and then watching their creations move is priceless.
I feel like I just witnessed Frankenstein create his monster. Hearing you make a laugh after breathing life into your art is incredible. I'm learning so much
I hope Worthikids and Joel Haver's channel boom because of their unselfishness on providing tutorials to their arts.

Honestly I appreciate this style of tutorial. He just, DOES it and explains it. Other tutorials have been harder to understand for someone with ADHD who needs to know how to do the thing and gets distracted by the music in the background or the filler talk. No hate to those tutorials, they are well made, but this just hits my brain at the RIGHT frequency
Honestly thanks for doing this, blender's UI can be scary
In the properties panel on the right, there is an option to display the waveform for your audio file. It makes cutting/syncing a lot easier.
