Did a FOIA to the department of home land security, immigration and citizenship and asked them to send me any documents that prove I’m a U.S. citizen. They said they have nothing on file that’s says I’m a citizen, so none of us are citizens. We just signing contracts with private corporations that we are. We are truly nationals. I was told by a homeland security agent on the phone that all you need to get a National passport is the FOIA that says you are not a citizen. I haven’t done it because I don’t need to. My status and standing is with our creator and no piece of paper is going to say anything about me. It’s my words as a free man that say who and what I am. God bless you and your family brother.
I’ve got tickets with passport but I lost my passport but MY STATE ISSUED ID.. all they say is “Imma give you a warning I swear to god” haven’t got a ticket since even in Texas

Maybe ppl need to do the name change, as far as distinguishing the Capital name from the living person because we are already born nationals, but because are parents never wrote the Secretary of State to let them know. All have to ask in the sandwich group what number ppl call.

I felt like this last year but no I need it in black in white in their system so they can leave me the fuck alone period.
If you haven’t disregarded all agencies that your not a USA citizen then the process will never work they will always see you as such

Best thing to do is go to a Passport Agency building and get expedited SAME DAY service. Miami, Chicago, etc.

How does one discern if a Passport is a US Citizen or National passport?
If you get 3,4,or 5 stars it's a National passport. If it's 0, 1 or 2 stars it's a US citizen passport.

Maybe try providing a affidavit and get it notarized and then go through the process.

The notarized affidavit is good but you should title it Explanatory Statement when sending it with the passport application
