I think goblin machine shoots stuff so randomly (too close to it or too far) because it walks. When it walks towards something it looks like it's hitting stuff right under its legs, and when it walks away it seems like it's range is ginormous

Supercell should employ a testing team of around 4 people to determine how stupid OP the cards they put out are. They obviously don't test cards at all to let this crazy stuff get through...
