Because MvC2 is nowhere near as popular as it should be. I do have over 2.5 million views though, and I play/upload videos to share my appreciation for the game with everyone. Even if all my videos had 0 views, I would still continue to upload exceptional content.
I haven't watched any tape on VDO in a long time, but it seems like he's even better now than he used to be. That combo that starts at 3:47 (he uses it several times) where he intentionally whiffs the DHC into Colossus to set up the un-rollable OTG with reset damage scaling...holy balls that's hot. O.o Thanks for the upload, great matches all around, makes me miss the old days when I could actually play Marvel.

I always record and upload all matches. I upload matches vs great players and friends sooner that regular ranked matches. I just uploaded another FT10 vs VDO. I used Cha/Ice/Tha. You'll enjoy that immensely. This weekend I will upload our 10 casual matches.
Interesting to see the spacing game in the match around the 13 min mark, with Storm keeping Colossus at the very outer tip of her j.hp range. Don't see that often in Marvel 2. It's also refreshing to see you play someone that doesn't get suckered into ad df hp, float delay, hk every time, as well as someone that doesn't put up with your throw game. But damn, VDO has crazy tech hit reaction time.
Yes I know to what you are referring. However, he fights vs MSP VERY competently, and he beats just about every MSP other than Yipes (in his prime). It also helps that his team matches up very well vs MSP. That invincible Ken AAA and the Colossus assist is great too. I was disappointed in myself that I dropped many combos in the set. To his credit, he made it insanely difficult to land clean hits. Nobody's defense is impeccable, but VDO is damn close.
VDO is an awesome player. Although he's beaten me more times than I have him, it really is fun to play against him. And if it wasn't for this video, I would go as far as saying his defense is impeccable...not no more. You have certainly exposed a small gap that he continues to avoid through these matches. If you know what I am referring to then you'll agree. Now I have something to look forward to when I play him in the future. VDO is such a great, skilled player nevertheless. Thanx!
For thsoe of you who don't know, All MSP has to do here is runaway and keepaway and coutner bait. Romneto here is Calling Psylocke too much to which VDO is simply Counter calling with Colossus and/or Ken. VDO's entire gameplay revolves around getting close tot he opponent to bait them into calling an assist and then counter calling accordingly with Colossus or Ken. If he knocks you down, he will bait out your Anti-Air assists and then Counter call. That's pretty much it.
The other problem here is that Magneto is moving up next to Rogue when ti says "ready, fight" Which is the biggest problem he is doing because Rogue needs to get close to you in the figth and he is doing her a favor and moving right next to her. What we should be seeing here is Magneto doing is Jumping Fierce Air dash downback Fierce similar to what Storm does.and just runaway and shooting to keep her back. He can do this by himself as he wins the 1v1 matchup.
Also Lord Phunbaba. Remember Yipes vs Justin Wong amazing Comeback? Yipes had a full no right? He had 3 characters an Justin only had Cyclops right? He could of ranaway the whol mach right? Do Cyclpos have an instant overhead that goes into a combo? does he have a tri-jump? What did Cyclops have in that match to chase and stop MSP from running the whole match? NOTHING. Yipes went to HIM and thus kept trying to hit him which causes Cyclops to punish him. Yet I bet you're hype over the win. Sad.
You see this is exactly why the MVC2 community is terrible. "That's not what MSP is for." You apparently were told from the FGC in which they all say MSP is a rushdown team. MSP rushes down against team that have superior Projectile gameplay.. If yuo take good look at most of the popular teams used, MSP is forced to get against many of them. MSP IS a keepaway team when it is an option. It is actually one of the best runaway and keepaway teams against non-projectile characters.
Furthermore, if my advice is taken from players on what to do in this matchup. I am still right regardless of your ridiculous opinion of what the team is for. My advice is sound and is what the player is supposed to do. This is not up for question. The way MSP is played here is wrong. Magneto should not be struggling against Rogue because he shouldn't be near her.
