Why does this feel like it greatly benefits sellers than buyers. Noting that majority of sellers are funds and private equity like Opendoor another way to peeny pinch. Word of advice stay away from buying a home for the next 2 years and watch deliquencies multiply. Sacramento real estate is not in a good place.
