Le faltó un poquillo de contraste en las mejillas, para dar esa impresión de sonrisa que da la referencia. Es una sombra que va de la nariz a los labios, muy tenue, pero que cambia completamente la impresión que da el dibujo

keep in mind this is not pencil (graphite), this is charcoal, the title is a little misleading especially since all the foundation is done with willow/vine

The artist didn’t draw the back of the scull big enough. This makes the head look flat. Also if the mouth right corner extends to the right a little bit more, the beautiful but subtle smile could be captured more fully.

頭顱的後部畫得不對，后腦勺沒有啦。右嘴角要再向右拉開一點（比較右嘴角和右鼻翼的位置就看出來），才能畫出她的微笑。總的來說不錯。
還算飽滿的頭型變的扁頭了，繪畫技巧還算不錯，但五官構圖一般
why did he make the neck shadow area and hair brighter? on reference there are we see a huge contrast, but on drawing he did it a lot brighter, like if he wanted to bring the whole attention to the face, like sayin that all other parts just don't matter. is it so or there could be any other reason?

Doesn't really matter. Whatever you like. Staedler and bruynzeel are very good.

You need to sell a video course. With this many views, there will be people who are okay with spending 200-300 dollars on a course of tutorials.

鼻孔位置下移了，导致笔尖上翘。耳根到下巴和脖颈部位是暗部，太明亮会显得扁平化，没有立体感。下巴至脖颈的线条太短，而且线条应该水平方向不应该往下倾斜，这样显得下巴至脖颈的距离很短。右眼上方的少许刘海忘了画了，其实这几根头发很重要。
Muy buena valoración pero el dibujo no, no se parece a la modelo. Por ejemplo, en la foto, La altura de la oreja va más arriba que en el dibujo y eso deja el escorzo sin parecerse ....en fin

i dont like it, no offense. You can read the girl`s face from the picture that she was a little bit shy and tried not to smile which haven't shown on the drawing. you drew the face, but didnt draw the emotion. Hope you will give your drawing a soul next time. cheers🍻
