She is not disrespecting him or their relationship by finding the situation entertainingly funny. He has to speak up for himself since he's the one being forced into a blind date. Her aunt is closed minded to her anyway so what is there to say to her. While the phone off is a little childish (playful), as long as she stays open to communicate and doesn't emotionally manipulate him after the event then she is fine.

I got so aggravated with Shasha and grandfather i stopped watching. Do they ever get comeuppance? Does grandad ever apologize?
Not really, it was a lame misunderstanding they gave for the 30 plus years of feud. Shasha’s mother was such a bitch jealous of her sister. The lame excuse they gave was the book editor misunderstood and omitted Lin Xi mother name from the book. Once the grandfather and Shasha found out, they should have contacted the Publisher and explained their mistake and have them fix it but they did not.
Victoria song deserves better scripts. Even though I like her, and she has dramas with good leads still her scripts are awful.

No grand wedding for the main couple but a poor excuse for a wedding for Shasha. I believe Lin Xi and mother still hold a grudge towards the aunt, they both didn’t attend the wedding for Shasha, it basically saying F u to you and your princess daughter 😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
