In the dynamic landscape of stocks, one can't help but wonder about the opportune moment to make strategic investments. There's a buzz in the financial world hinting at potential surges in the stock market in the upcoming weeks/months. Personally, I've been actively involved, recently divesting from real estate and channeling my focus towards stocks with the aim of preserving and amplifying my wealth.
Now, as I navigate the stock market, the need for sound advice and expertise is more apparent than ever. Considering a shift towards stocks, I am actively seeking assistance to ensure my portfolio's growth. How does one thoroughly assess the prowess of the individual guiding you in the realm of stocks? Portfolio growth is my primary goal.
I curiously typed in his entire name to search online, I saw that his site was highly ranked and really professional. Thank you for sharing this; it has stoked my desire to achieve my goals again.
The Japan index point was eye opening, it was scary also to know even index can fail. Who knows we equity guys may look like our FD grandpa😅 for next generation if index causes any problem. Learned the importance of diversification even better today.
Japan was already a developed economy in the 80s and somewhere in mid 80s, Japan surpassed even US's per capita. Why their economy failed is due to complex macro-economics, bad central bankers, geo-political pressure(USA) and recent lower-cost Chinese competition. India's growth will continue for atleast 20 more years as we are still a developing country. My strategy is to go all in small-cap equity right now and wait it out for 10-12 years. Diversification only matters when your corpus already exceeds 3-4 CR.
@@massmano08 Diversifying means lowering your risks as well as your returns. And I think 3 crores is decent amount above which we can slow down the growth of corpus. Personally, I'm under 30 and can stay invested for 10-12 years. So for me, diversification will only prolong reaching my "FIRE" corpus.
Hinglish is best for everyone. Great video very good data analysis. Usse pata chalta hai ki humare parents apni jagah par sahi the for Investment point of view.
I would like to see a discussion on whether equity profit needs to be cut on a regular basis or if we see the company has a good future, should we stay put seeing the company and our money grow..? Since you mentioned that, different times had different asset classes performed, should I think of cutting the profits once it's made a good return.. In simple words, should I let my money compound?
In a growing market like India it is good to stay invested and invest higher when the chips are down. Or the other better option is to just do SIP cause timing the market is not practically possible. You must have a good cash reserve to take advantage of Covid-19 like market crashes. Market is unpredictable in the short term. So having a decent cash reserve is important to handle emergencies and also to stay invested even if your portfolio is 50% down.
I dont know. Long before post covid boom.i fell in.love with equity already'. Then i prefer gold and land. But equity is still special. Stock markets make is to own business'. More business or share i own' more I feel proud
As someone who's in finance, it legit never occurred to me to see things this way! That asset classes have generational correlations... I'm sharing this.
Jewellery carry some return on improving relationship. So without relationship all asset class will fall flat. Keep in mind. Dont calculate everything with excel and calculation. Think 360 degree guys.
Would love to see a video on how a average middle class person can build his investment portfolio and how they can access or buy highly ticket asset classes like Real Estate, bonds etc.. love the existing videos way to go 🙌🙌❤️
The way zing is de influencing why our parents are more interested in FDs nd gold i am pretty sure one day they are going to influence my kids that during their fathers time the index market was giving so and so return 😂
Hi Team Zing! First, let me appreciate you and Zerodha for this wonderful de-influencing initiative. These videos are extremely helpful, the editing and video style are so good, and the scripts are also fun to watch and learn. I have two requests. 1. Can you please provide links(website/drive) of the pictures, websites and charts., or any other information/references shown in each videos in their respective descriptions? It would be very helpful for future reference. 2. Can the Zing! Team please make a video on any tools or methods to track our equity portfolio, and compare it versus the benchmark indices? Like, we have to edit our portfolio whenever we're buying/selling anything, and the resultant total money that we've allocated for equity portfolio (either invested or in cash) can be charted and compared against Nifty 50/Sensex charts? This way, each investor can realise his mistakes quickly, and it also helps one to make a better decision on where to invest: individual stocks or index investing investing or mutual funds, etc., or even to move to different asset classes. Edit: Just wanted to sorry for this very long comment :p
Can you make video on using stop loss , it is observed many times stop loss is triggered and stock goes up ..... how in positional trading for upto 1 year can we use stop loss effectively ....
Very informative and meaningful! And yess the part where you mentioned about one asset class being more important than another in a specific time period is absolutely true which is why we should never blindly trust anyone and rather analyze if in real that same asset class (ex. FD) is giving more return today or not as compared to other asset classes. And just as you talked of diversifying your assets, the way the team is diversfying the topics is truly amazing! Keep it up. Upwards and onwards 🙌😊
Fantastic content! The presentation is top-notch. Just a friendly suggestion: Including source links in the description would be wonderful for those interested in further research. Keep up the excellent work!
Gold price look like this for inr and not for usd is due to inr currency depriciation. Gold price in some sense is constant but if the currency depriciates over time gold prices look like it's shooting up for that currency.
Good series, just a little niggle, some asset classes unbalance the portfolio. Real estate ki entry hote hi sabka proportion kum ho jata hai and fir decade lagta usko apni jagah laane me.
Thanks for the very useful content. Substantiating the messages with meaning full and easily understandable data is even more appreciable. Please continue your good efforts..
Good Video, I have been learning a lot from your videos. Thanks for your time and efforts. How about a challenge, can you suggest a plan to double a corpus (couple of crores) in 4 years? As in, is that even possible? Sounds like a challenge?
No this does not exist because it depends greatly on the locality. However I’m sure there are studies done on property prices which are more generic in nature and not locality specific
