  • Bee Breath is a WONDERFUL tool for kids to help them regulate their nervous system if they are feeling strong emotions. This is also a great tool if you have children who enjoy different sensory inputs (especially with sensory processing).
    Steps:
    1. Breathe in through your nose
    2. Close your mouth and hum for your exhale
    3. Repeat _____ number of times (have the child choose the number)
    4. Stop and check your body, breath, emotions, and thoughts
