Wow. You have many hobbies. You are so talented. I keep my pipe cleaners in a plastic shoe box. I like the sterrilite ones. I get them from Amazon. Dollar tree has a ton of storage items. Good luck! 💕💕💕

I store my card stock and printer paper in a plastic three drawer sterlite 131/2"x 11" by 9" high the paper fits perfect I have them in a cube storage shelf...another thing I use a lot of is jars(peanut butter for example) they work for beads...glue sticks...pompoms...paint brushes...many different sizes of jars medicine bottles etc... I actually store my glue sticks in a French's crispy onion container they fit perfectly. I store my felt in a cube shelf bin. I store my pipe cleaners in a tall cotton candy container....I love to reuse containers of all kinds I have my seeds beads in plastic brownie bites container from Sam's...I have tons of ideas doesn't mean. I'm super at organizing it. I have dooms boxes of random craft things that need a home kinda like you did with all the bags of stuff... Have fun and enjoy if it doesn't work one way think of another way...I also have my paint in cookie tins stored upside-down so you can see the colors...
