There is 3 basic supply chest inside where the last task of the hymn the sea of clouds before you proceed down the broken glass floor go to the 2 sky islands beside it on the left side there is one basic supply chest and on the other right there is two. On 32:28 on the nightmare orb area over there has a chest on the back you need to absorb the orbs by number of the orbs and on the otherside of the bridge there is a echo challenge that is look like a purple plant.

Actually it is a bug because I have ran into same issue with all same puzzle in different areas and I have made sure to follow everything that game ing is doing. Also of course other people have experience this.​@@kittenoss
