Thank you again for taking us along on your adventure. I love that area of the country. The people are so nice, so many characters. Thank you again for taking us along. Safe travels.
Been watching your TAT vids and finally subscribed. My nephew and I did the TAT last June into July. We left from my home in eastern NC near the outer banks. Hit Nags head then continued on to port Orford OR. We rode home via Yellowstone. We did a combo of Sams and GPS Kevins trails. If you ever have any questions about what lays ahead of you I’d be glad to let you know.
@@AlexanderSeling Colorado will be tricky depending on which passes you do. We did cinnamon pass and engineer pass. If it’s raining in colorado some of the roads up in the high forested areas get slippery as all get out. Most of Utah and Idaho are pretty easy. You will run into sandy areas in both states. There is a section in Utah called Black Dragon wash or canyon. It’s tough and very isolated with large rock steps that you’ll have to either jump the front wheel up onto or build ramp with small rocks to get through. Carry more water than you think you need and if you have a garmin inreach or spit emergency comm system keep it on your body. Like I said very remote. Where are you at this time along the trail?
7:11 Hey, no knocking on my sticker! 😂 I put that there in 2018, then did it again in 2021. It’ll be a sad day for the TAT when Percy Kale is no longer around.
Arkansas is the farthest west I've ever been. We did a canoe trip on the Buffalo River a bunch of years ago. We rented a canoe from an outfitter in Ponca. Looks like you've gained a lot of confidence on those squirrely roads, maybe the new tires are paying off for you. ♥♥
Hi Alex 👋 Thank you 🙏 very cool you met Percy 👍awesome views, hope you're doing well and you get some good rest my friend 🤞🙏stay safe and take care ✌️ 🇺🇲🙂
Idk about the rest of the people but if I was you everytime I passed a convenient store with gas I'd top off the tank and water too out there and maybe get something cold to drink too
@@AlexanderSeling If you’re by a Walmart super store go to the camping section and by a large MSR or equivalent fuel bottle. Fill it with gas. One litre should get you an additional 12 -15 miles on the bike if you watch your RPMs

Good to know, thanks!

I've thought about doing that but sometimes there are way too many gas stations to do that...and then when I need one there's none around lol
