Eddie Vedder has so much feeling when he plays. His emotions hit you so hard. I can tell becasue whenever I watch alive.. i feel like im about to cry..just because of the emotion he displays in both his voice and his stage presence
I just decided to watch pearl jam Eddie Vedder is one amazing human being i am now his age and he has just matured in a fine way. I think going back in time has helped me. Lost so many of us not just rock stars but our friends at that time,yet we were bleesed with the best. If you do read these Eddie just know your music is timeless thank you
@07foxmulder agreed. Never understood Nirvana haters. I absolutely love both bands... Sure PJ had superior technical mastery, and sure they were cooler. But Nirvana had more soul and emotion and let's face it - Kurt is an awesome songwriter. He wasn't a shredder like Mike, he was a songwriter.
This song is great.. I actually did scratch letters into a wall, but made of wood and for the same reason. The staff never understood it.. Eddie is my cousin too but we have to 8 generations back to find a common ancestor..
I find it kinda sad that everyone wants to argue about which band is better ... I've listened to Nevermind and I've listened to Ten. Both are great albums/bands. End of story!

GODS simply, ten is a better album than nevermind, but if it weren´t for nirvana and nevermind Ten or pearl jam may never have gotten so famous... Nirvana is not the best. Pearl Jam are the leaders of grunge! they lasted longer (still playing to day) kurt cobain died. so nirvana was done. I think Eddie's vocals are stronger and some of them have more lyrical meaning.

Nevermind was a fantastic album but would it have been succesful and sold as many copies as it has without Cobains death... i doubt it.
