Adding running trails to OpenStreetMap

Having talked about hiking and walking trails in previous video, in this one, I'm covering running trails which will show in certain apps based on #OpenStreetMap material like #OSMAnd for iOS (v.4.2). I used the Kilkenny #parkrun as an example; more parkruns have been established in other Irish towns and are waiting to be mapped.
