I have been listening to this song almost every morning, and it's been such a lifter of the soul. Thank you for this beautiful reminder of the faithfulness of God!
This is a beautiful song of compassion. Psalm 78 and 106 reads like an indictment; a message of truth to the children about the fathers. Steven spoke the same message in the book of Acts. Do not be like your fathers, a hard hearted, stubborn and a stiff-necked people. Jeremiah 11 - Thus says the Lord: The house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant…” Psalm 106:45:“they were rebellious in their purpose. Yet, he looked upon their distress, when he heard their cry. For their sake he remembered his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love.” In our unfaithfulness, He remains faithful.
Favorite one yet! It's only taken me 2 years to get to 78 🤣, but I'm over halfway reading and writing the Psalms in 2 versions and listening to each one via song afterward ❤️
Glad that I found two artists/bands that sound so similar in such a short period of time, about a week ago I found an artist by the name of Cosmo Sheldrake, and then the day after, my parents had me listen to one of your songs, and I immediately noticed that some of your music is very similar in style and feel to some of Cosmos', I'm especially glad that at least one of them are christian, as I am unsure whether Cosmo is or not. Also, you can tell that I'm half Mennonite by the fact that I have 73 hours of music on my phone and none of it is pirated but all of it was free.
Such a patient God. In spite of all this they sinned….rebelled again.
This is a wonderful psalm it shows the patience and love of God.
Perfect match of God's word and melody. Powerful and annointed.

Oh Lord God, please grant your people repentance. In Your wrath Oh Lord, remember Your mercy.
Yes!
If Thou, Lord, shouldst mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with Thee that Thou mayest be feared. Ps. 130:3-4

I can’t stop listening to this one in particular so many feelings 😢🥰🙌💔💘
Thank you Caitlin. This one stirs my (Jesse's) heart whenever I go back to it. 'In spite of all this...' always leads me to repentance.
