I had this commander for a year or so. I could not really win with it in my play group as I just couldn't get enough card draw. If white gets more card draw over time I will have another go.
War Room and Minas Tirith are good lands to have for card draw. Battle angels of tyr Can draw potentially draw you a card. Angelic sell sword, merchant of truth, exemplar of light, firemane commando, angelic sleuth, and wojek investigator also can draw you cards or give you ways to draw cards. You can also use Heirloom blade since youll always get an angel back into your hand one the equipped one dies.

I actually got an angel deck from my local store. My budget was 600 Mxn (about 30usd) they put her as my commander. The deck slaps. It's lit.
